- In a pan heat some oil and add cumin seeds.
- The cumin seeds starts fluttering add hing, add onion, saute for 2-minutes, add ginger garlic paste, saute for 1-minutes.
- Now add the chopped green onion white portion, add green garlic white portion, saute for 1-minutes.
- Add haldi / turmeric powder, and red chilli powder saute for 30-seconds
- Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add salt and mix well. and cook for 2-minutes.
- Tomato softens add green onion green part, and green garlic green part, and Coriander leaves. mix well.
- Add garam masala powder, and cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper powder.
- Mix well and add lilva. (half cook of lilva) and add water and stir well.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes. water is reduced lilva thotha is ready to serve. Sprinkle some sev on top and serve thotha hot with bread or rotla.
