  4. When the water has started boiling now put chenna and cover the cooker..and cook until a 1 whistle of the cooker.after that of the cooker allowing it to cool down.
  5. Now we spread the khoya into chenna.Now malai chaap is ready and garnishing.we put in middle chopped dry fruits.
