- Now take out chap from pan and fry onion in the remaining ghee.
- Now cut capsicum and tomato in big pieces.
- Now add tomato and capsicum in onion and fry on high flame.
- Now add chaap and mixture and 1/2 c water.
- Cook till gravy coated on chaap.
- Switch off the gas and add cream.
- Mix well and serve.
