- And the green sharp colour is darker, add crayfish and fry a little more, then add ur stock and iru, salt and cubes then allow to boil - - Let it boil till properly cooked and the oil comes and rests on top the paste.
- Put vegetable oil in a pan, wash and peel plantain and fry till golden brown, serve and enjoy meal.
The best part about this ofada rice recipe is that is easy to prepare and will have you enjoying the meal in no time at all. Ofada rice is better eaten with a sauce. The most delicious sauce for the Ofada rice is known as Ayamase (also known as designer stew). I marveled the first time I saw someone preparing the sauce because until then, I never heard of it.
