  7. Now take the donuts and first dip it in the egg mixture and then with the other hand put it in the bread crumbs and coat it well. At this stage you can even freeze the donuts and easily use for 3 weeks. Put it in the freezer and when it becomes solid you can put it in a zip lock bag or air tight container.
  8. Take a frying pan and add oil to it. Heat it nicely on medium flame. When it turns hot simply add donuts to it one by one and fry it. After putting the donuts in oil turn the flame to low heat as we have to cook the donuts nicely till inside.
  9. Cook it on a low flame for around 7 to 8 mins. Keep turning the sides of the donut in between so that all sides are cooked properly. After 7 to 8 mins bring the flame to high again for 2 mins so that the outer layer of the donuts turns crispy.
