- Take suji in a bowl.
- Add onion, salt and curd. Mix it properly.
- If it is thik add less amount of water..
- Batter should not be so watery it must be in pouring consistancy only.
- Take an appam pan add some oil in every hole and let it be heat up little add mustard seeds in each.
- Pour batter in each let it be cook both side till golden brown..
- Serve with sambhar and coconut chutney 😋😋
