- Make sure your coriander, peanuts, lime zest, and radish is chopped and ready to go.
- Once the pork is reday add a squeeze of lime and drizzle of honey, give it a good stir and and top the mango with it.
- Next sprinkle each lettuce cup with the zest, nuts, coriander and radish each garnish adds colour, texture and flavour to the cups.
- Addin extra chilli sauce is optional and not essential maybe just drizzle a bit around the cups so people can dip if they want to.
