  1. Mix all ingredients except mayo and eno into a bowl…. Add required water and make batter like idly batter.

  3. Add eno into batter of mix gently…
  4. Add half teaspoon batter into a mould and put some mayonnaise on batter and again put half teaspoon batter on mayonnaise.
  5. Repeat this process for every mould.
  6. Cover with lid And cook for some time (4-5 minutes) on low flame.
  7. After some time change their sides and cook from both sides.
